Nowa Rehabilitacja Sp. z o.o. invites patients over 60 years of age for free medical diagnostics, rehabilitation and telecare in the Project co-financed from the Norway Grant from the Norway Finance Mechanism and the European Economic Area Finace Mechanism for the years 2009-2014.
The implementation of the Project on the Diagnosis, and Geriatric Prevention using elements of telecare to better align the health care system to the needs of the rapidly growing population of people over 60 years old.
In the project patients will be offered free medical diagnostics, rehabilitation and prophylaxis.
